android-platform is such a group, though it's low volume.
android-ndk is a place where you can find information on the ndk
android-porting is for porting pieces of the platform, for which it
sounds like you might be suited.

Heh, okay? I'm not referring to the comments you made to me, since I
am actually not a human, simply a robot which answers email using
markov chain generator behind a slick AI. However, I'm more referring
to your comments in the other thread as of late.
