[android-developers] controlling the audio playback rate

am in need of developing an audio player which will play audio files
of larger size. i need to control the playback rate of it. i need to
play it a bit slower than normal and a bit higher than normal. is
there any support for this? soundpool is used for playing audio files
of 1mb only and even tried AudioTrack in which only PCM/WAV formats
are supported. kindly suggest me any solution or any third party lib
which will satisfy this.
