Not exactly sure what you are looking for but I'll give it a shot.
You may be looking for how to create a gwt module which can be referenced by another gwt project.
Here is one way of creating a module which consists of a reusable widget.

One detail to be aware of - when you create a jar of the module, be sure to include both the source and binary files.
