[android-developers] app autostart on first device reboot after install (for Android 3.0 and higher)

Hello!
How to autostart preinstalled application after reboot?
Using BOOT_COMPLETED Intent will not work for devices since Android
3.0. It looks like this Intent, described in manefest registers on
first application start not on installation. So there is no way to
avoid application start by user even after reboot. Can someone prove
me wrong?
