[android-developers] Jelly Bean conversational TTS?

Hi,

The whats new in Jelly Bean page (http://www.android.com/about/jelly-bean/) states "Jelly Bean introduces a new conversational text-to-speech voice in US English, available as both a network engine and an embedded engine via the TTS API."

I get the conversation voice in Google Now, but doing "Listen to example" in the Android voice settings, and using the Google TTS engine in my own apps just gives me the same voice as in ICS.

How do we access the new Conversational TTS engine?
