[android-developers] Jelly sandwich

So, I have an Android Samsung Galaxy S 3 phone from AT&T.

I just found out that Jelly Bean came out a week ago.

It won't let me upgrade.  Can someone help me understand when I will be able to upgrade and what determines that?
