[Google Maps API v2] Re: an easy to guide to migrate from api v2 to api v3?

In the past two years, does anyone know of any other guides that have been developed for porting v2 applications to v3? And anything that might be able to do this more automatically, refactoring the old GFoo to google.maps.Foo?
