[Google Maps API v2] Road Route Continuous Catchment Area

If I use Google Maps to establish a road route between 2 x locations
( From - To ) is there any way I can set a variable Catchment Area of
say 5, 10, 15, 20 + miles on either side of my route coveringthe
complete length of the journey so that I can identify customers
located within a defined Catchment Area.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
