Make sure "click to play" (or some other similar configuration for plugins) is disabled.

I enabled it a while ago (it works well to disable Flash ads when browsing the web ;-) ), while I was doing Firefox-specific dev, and when I switched back to Chrome I didn't understand at first why the plugin wouldn't load: it was just blocked by the "click to play" setting.
