When I used 1.3.x versions I got the welcome screen a;; coded / css correct but this is just html no styles no access to any controllers it just says createAppController which is in my Controller folder where as in 1.3.xx it was in the main app folder along with app_model, App_helper and so on. Where did I go wrong?
