I have then updated the first line to: App::uses('HttpSocket', 'Network/Http'); and that error is by passed, now I get this:

Warning (2): call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'WhmcsComponent' does not have a method 'initialize' [CORE\Cake\Utility\ObjectCollection.php, line 130]
