[android-developers] App Not Installed

Hello..
Im new to eclipse.
I've tried to play with android sample project from SDK.
I export any project to unsigned apk file and install it
But comes out "App not installed" message.
Everything looks fine but just cant be installed.
Anyone help? Thanks

Oh ya i also encountered this problem which is java problem shown.
