I think you can not do what you want, at least not without heavily hacking
the device of your employees. Email clients can make local copies and
are not obliged to obey any remote commands.

If all company mail is stored on an IMAP server and if user's mail
clients do not make local copies, then just delete the mails on your
company's IMAP server.
Mostly the mail clients will also remove the mails locally if the IMAP
server signals they were deleted.

I'd further suggest to pay a lot of attention, whether what you try to
do is legal in your country of residence.
