Plug-ins GWT - Eclipse

Hi, does anyone know why the site gwt plug-ins is not in the air.

Two days ago I'm trying to install the plugin for google JUNO (http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2) and the service can not download.

Can anyone help me.
