[Rails] Application Error

Hi all,


I am getting the Application Error in rails latest version 3.2.7. In local its works fine when using rails s -e production.

but moved to heroku  application is not working i could not able to view the log because heroku logs saying `initialize': Connection refused - connect(2) (Errno::ECONNREFUSED)

Gems need are installed in production but still showing me Application error

Can you please help me to take it forward
