Re: [android-developers] AndEngineTexturePackerExtension and TexturePackLoader constructor issue

Kostya,
Thanks for the input.  I deleted both AndEngine and AndEngineTexturePackerExtension from my computer and then went back to make sure that I got the latest releases from Git.

Curious thing.  There was a note next to the AndEngineTexturePackerExtension in the list of extensions (on the AndEngine page).  It stated: "Merged into the 'GLES2-AnchorCenter' branch".

I imported the AnchorCenter branch along with the AndEngine library, without importing the AndEngineTexturePackerExtension (it sounds like it is included in the AnchorCenter branch).

I still get the same syntax error and everything else is fine so the texture extensions do seem to be there.  I don't see any syntactical changes listed.

Any of this make sense?

Sounds like a case of mismatched imports.
