[android-developers] Problems were encountered during export

A lot of times when I try to export my Android projects I get this:

Problems were encountered during export:

  Error exporting tcp_reader/bin/jarlist.cache: Resource is out of sync with the file system: '/tcp_reader/bin/jarlist.cache'.

    Resource is out of sync with the file system: '/tcp_reader/bin/jarlist.cache'.

Anyone know what this is?
