Well, you are calling V1 Static Maps API
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/staticmaps/v1/
(by using the form <img src="https://maps.google.com/staticmap?..."/>)
which has been deprecated for over three years. Perhaps its been
turned off, or you need to enable your key for v1 ?

it might be time to update, note the parameters are different
