GWT module may need to be (re)compiled message when using SuperDevMode

Every time I click the compile button from the 'Dev Mode On' bookmarklet, I get the 'GWT module '..' may need to be (re)compiled' alert. It works fine after that but it's kind of annoying. Anyone have an idea why this happens?
