Do you guys ever do an "Attach Source" with the Android source code so you can go in there for debugging?

I do, sometimes.

 

Or is this probably not worth the hassle?

In the small number of bugs I can't resolve by looking at logcat messages (which are, for the most part, excellent) or by debugging my application's code -- it's totally worth it.
