Finally, I understood the solution is

 

from django.contrib.staticfiles.urls import staticfiles_urlpatterns

urlpatterns += staticfiles_urlpatterns()

Also tried FAPWS3.0 similar result;

 

cmd for uWSGI:

sudo uwsgi --ini test.ini

 

 

test.ini content:

[uwsgi]
# set the http port
http = :8080
python_path = /home/test/Desktop/IT_mgmt/IT_mgmt/settings.py/
# change to django project directory
chdir = /home/test/Desktop/IT_mgmt
# load django
module = IT_mgmt.wsgi
