Unable to open GWT designer.

I have Eclipse Juno with Google Plugin,GWT designer,Windows builder,google app engine sdk,GWT sdk installed. My problem is that  I am not able to use GWT designer. Whenever I try to open entrypoint class with GWT designer in design view it reports an error that   not able to parse web.xml. So what should I do to make it work?
