webRTC videoconference demo

Hello, 

I am looking for some advice, I am trying to adapt a videoconference demo app (link) using webRTC to my Django website.

I read articles about webRTC and Django but I can't decide which technologies I should use (twisted, tornado, django-socketio, nodejs/redis... )
