[android-developers] Can we save a file on android device, even after uninstalling the app

File will store important information regarding whether payment was done or not. If app is uninstalled. file gets uninstalled too.

So can we store file on android device, even if customers uninstalls the app. The reason why we are doing so is because, if customers come back to use our application, we can check that file for records.

Secondly is this solution, recommended?
