Django Boundary Service

Django N00b here ...

I'm trying to install & configure the Django Boundary Service plugin.

When I get to the step where you load the shape files into the Postgres database (I'm using the tutorial repo) I get the error:

 "django.db.utils.IntegrityError: new row for relation "boundaryservice_boundary" violates check constraint "enforce_srid_centroid"

I'm running Python 2.7 + Postgres 9.1.6 | PostGIS 1.5.5.  I spent a lot of time trying to get this to work with PostGIS 2.0, and that came with its own unique set of problems.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
