[Rails] chef recipe to bootstrap a server for rails (ruby, phusion, nginx)

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good reliable chef recipe to bootstrap a Rails environment?  

I'm looking for ideally rails, phusion, nginx, mysql, etc.
