[Rails] RecordSelect does not work in nested pages (Rails 3.2.8)

RecordSelect(which helps you pick one record out of many) works in Rails
3.2.8 in the main pages but not in the nested pages.
I am using active scaffold
Does anyone else also face the same problem??
