[android-developers] Customized Tab Layout in android.

Hello All , I am Working on Android Application and i needs to design a custom tab layout screen as shown Below , in which i wants to set a different Image in Middle tab,

i have no clue whatsoever how to implement this, Please help me and guide me to how to do this.
