Geocoders are not 100% reliable and they do change, for better or
worse.

Google's geocoder seems to think 2940 S Toledo Av,Tulsa,OK,74115 is a
valid address but the location looks wrong to me

The easiest way to report a problem is to visit
https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=2940%20Toledo%20Ave,Tulsa,OK,74115
and use the 'report a problem' link at bottom right

Has it moved? There may be a better strategy for you than geocoding
already known locations daily.
