[Google Maps API v2] Re: documentElement' is null or not an object

It's exactly where Larry said above, on line 1 column 1271 of your xml.

Right after "It has an 18" there is a rough quote character, hex 92 ascii 146 see here http://www.aboutmyip.com/AboutMyXApp/AsciiChart.jsp

There are others in the XML too, don't know if they are the same character, but the either need encoding or replacing before being put into XML.
