[Google Maps API v2] Re: how to change camera position?

You have got two different APIs mixed up there.

Your example link is using the Static Maps API, but the documentation you've linked to is for the Android Maps API.

The documentation for the Static Maps API is here https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/staticmaps/ but there is nothing that I can see for bearing or orientation.
