Hello Rails-Talk,

It's me again, announcing the third Ruby on Ales conference (We've dubbed it ROA3 this year) http://ruby.onales.com in beautiful Bend Oregon.

We've opened the CFP and we're hoping a few of you might want to speak this year. So please visit the site and submit a talk if you're feeling up to it.

We'll have registration open soon if you're more interested in attending than speaking.
