Setting urls from project

I wish that when from accessing localhost:8000/cadastro he showed a form to register, but all the urls I click redirects to the same page. I wonder how pegging the url with the url of the application. I've Identified the error, all urls design guide for single views of the application, but do not know how to fix it.
