list of dicts to Table2

Afraid I just cannot figure out your help file on 'populating a table with data' with non-queryset data.  I am quite the Newbie so apologies in advance for yet another non-issue.  Would you mind providing a more fleshed out example for your helpfile?  Hope you don't mind.

I started a stackoverflow question on this.  Spent the whole day trying to figure this out :(
