Login Session content

Hi,

Once my user is logged I get some infos from
$this->Session->read('Auth.User.Group.VARIABLE)

How could i reload the Session after a user action so that the VARIABLE will be up to date.

Indeed my user need to log out and login back so that the VARIABLE is updated
