Please, please, please be more considerate to someone who is doing this for the first time and who is trying to learn.

 

I'm not sure what's inconsiderate about asking for the information needed to help you, and also taking a guess at what your problem is and how to overcome it.

Have you tried the suggestion, did it work?  If not, can you supply the requested information?
