[android-developers] How use my app's notifications instead of calendar app's?

I'm making a calendar app and I want the system to use my app's notifications for event reminders instead of the default calendar app's (so when a user clicks the notification it will open my app instead and I can do custom notifications in 4.x). How would I do this?
