Webfaction has a nice bandwidth meter in their Control Panel. You can keep a close eye on it for a month or so to make sure you're not going over your limit. I think they also make it possible to automatically upgrade your plan if you do go over.

600GB for 200 users would be 100MB per user per day, so I would doubt that you would have a problem unless you are serving large media files.
