strange DatabaseError by ForeignKey

Dear all

I try to make custom form.
I got this Database error http://oi45.tinypic.com/29nct4w.jpg

It's strange for me, since I didn't request any call to that
'myauth_myuser.company_id' coloumn in my admin.py ( http://pastebin.com/MEUtREtv
).


Kindly please give me your enlighment.
