[android-developers] Enumerate sd cards

I am trying to develop an app which has a feature like FTP. So, at the beginning, I want to enumerate all sd card storages on the device, and ask user to pick where they want to store the data. Then if external sd card is removed, I want to change to internal storage if it set to external sd card. If external sd card is put back in, I want to prompt user to see if they want to change back to the external sd card.

So, I want to know, first, how to enumerate all storage locations, second, monitor sdcard insert/eject events.

Suggestions and, even better, sample codes?
