[Rails] Re: How to change the url (from localhostL:3000) to (example.com)

this'll do it.

basically redirects port 80 to port 3000

sudo iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 80 -d 127.0.0.1/8 -j
REDIRECT --to-port 3000

tested and works
