Style text differently inside a single TextInput?

Hi,

is it somehow possible to style the text inside a single text input box differently?
Eg: the user types a sentence, and for words already typed I want to apply some checks, and if valid, apply some specific css style to these "valid" sentence fragments (like font color, border, background color).

Is this possible? If yes, what direction would I have to start?
