Console command over HTTP? Cron call. Any clue?

Is is possible to call console command via HTTP? My Hosting privder CRON only makes HTTP requests.

I need CRON to call this console function:
/app/Console/Command/lib/Cake/Console/cake -app "/domain.com/app" NewsletterDaily

Is is possible to call the same Command via HTTP request in some way?

Has anyone some solution for this?
