[Rails] Coffee-rails beta railtie dependency

http://rubygems.org/gems/coffee-rails -- has been updated to 4.0.0, but has a Rails (Railtie) dependency to 4.0.0.beta1. Anyone know why they're moving to 4 prior to Rails going 4.0.0?
