Havent you already answered this? They dont give you any special dispensation, you have to pay just like everyone else. 

Not wanting something to be true, doesnt make it any less so. 

 

But knowone here can measure so much coodinates.

Maybe http://www.datasciencetoolkit.org/ would be useful. 

You can create your own instance. Then you only pay the bill for the resources you use.
