Adding a search to a field.

In the admin I have a many-to-many relationship which django supplies a default widget that is really small. I am wondering how to make that bigger or re-sizeable.

Is it possible to add a search so that I can type in one of the fields and it will search by that field and bring those options to the top of the field?
