Urgent-lost everything with ./manage.py migrate myapp 0001

I was trying to make the dependecies between my tables and i had an ValueError!I was trying to solve this and i used "./manage.py migrate myapp 0001" and now i lost everything,my database is empty and i can't even login in my django webinterface:( I get this error "

DatabaseError at /admin/

(1146, "Table 'vcanDB.django_session' doesn't exist")"
)
Any thoughts how i can undo this?please help!
