Help! Where is the rest part in url?

Hi,

I have a url like this "http://abcde.com/data/#p1=123&p2=456". How to get the 'p1' and 'p2'?

I have spend over 4 hours on it. Be ware, not ".../?p1...", but ".../#p1..."
