[Rails] Precompile with compression in development

Hi,

I'd like to do precompilation with compression in development mode.

I've set

config.assets.js_compressor  = :uglifier
config.assets.css_compressor = :sass

in development.rb.

But compression only seems to work in production mode, is that right?
