I had the same problem with first 5min with Google Maps Api, when I change sensor to be 'false' or 'true' with lower case it's just start works, I try to say that may be it's Case Sensitive.

Your page must be including a <script> tag referencing the API. If you
post a link to the page where the message appears, we may be able to
help with what needs correcting to remove it.
